NASBITE 2025 annual conference

APRIL 8, 9 & 10, 2025

The National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators (NASBITE) is hosting its 2025 annual conference in Cleveland. Professionals, educators, and even students should mark this on their calendars.

At NASBITE's annual conference, attendees gather for two days to teach one another about the most important and consequential developments impacting global trade, and develop lasting relationships with peers, colleagues, and mentors. The programming itself is a tour de force with tracks aimed at developing educators, business professionals, and government advisors. The conference attracts some of the biggest names in international trade and thought leaders in the evolving trends of trade and transportation. The secret sauce of what sets the NASBITE conference apart is simple - our members are welcoming, curious, and want to develop relationships with people no matter where they come from. The conference mixes in opportunities for first-time attendees to mingle and get to know the base that makes up the body of NASBITE’s membership. This conference is where you can literally rub shoulders with some of the most influential movers and shakers in the community of international trade. NASBITE members come from all over the USA and as far away as Japan, Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada, and France, among others. If international is your business, or perhaps in your blood, don't miss this opportunity to join our community. READ FULL ARTICLE HERE

Congratulations to our CSU Intern Students!

Our 2023 OEIP cohort. This year's group begins their assignments May 13th at companies across the region.

Our Ohio Export Internship Program (OEIP) students are on their way to applying everything they've learned this semester to their summer internships. Each student has completed the Building Global Businesses class which prepares them to work on international projects at Ohio businesses. This program has been a huge statewide success and has grown to include cohorts at six universities, including Cleveland State. This year we welcome 17 students to the Cleveland area and look forward to watching them grow into international business leaders.

Any students interested in the program should contact us. We will begin the formal recruitment for next year's intern class in the late summer / early fall.

Is your company is interested in hosting a student with international business training?
